Cancellation & Booking Policy

If you are unwell, please look after yourself and please stay at home. Do though respect your therapist and your appointment time at Mihi’s Place and give us as much notice as you possibly can. The more notice you can give us the better, we love lots of notice!!!

Instead of asking for 24 hours notice, we now only request you let us know within 12 hours (unless your appointment is before 12pm, then just let us know by 9am the same day) This should give you plenty of time to realise you are unwell enough not to be able to come in.

No-shows will still result in a cancellation fee for the full charge of your appointment.

If we have your current email address and cell phone number, you will receive a confirmation email at the time of your booking AND a reminder text message 48 hours before your appointment.

Appointments
We always recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment.

Timing
Arriving at least ten minutes early allows you to make the most of your time with us. We do our best to conclude treatments gently at the scheduled time. Afterwards, ensure you have enough time to ground yourself

Health / Special Requests Possessions & Preparations
Help us tailor your treatment by letting us know if you have any special health considerations such as pregnancy.

Clothing
Let comfort prevail in your choice of attire. We will provide disposable underwear for use during water treatments. Otherwise, feel free to your own underwear for other spa treatments.

Privacy
Your therapist will advise in advance, which items of attire are best removed at certain stages of your treatment. You will be carefully and discretely draped with towels to ensure your complete privacy at all times.

Payment
We accept all major credit cards, cash or eftpos, bartercard and afterpay.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within 10 working days of a refund being confirmed, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping to most New Zealand Locations
Delivery times are approximate. Please supply a physical address where your item can be signed for 9am – 5pm weekdays. Delivery cannot be made to a PO Box. Surcharge may apply for RD Delivery

Tracked Delivery 2-3 working days (within main centres) Delivery within New Zealand (excluding outer Islands)

International
International delivery is not currently offered but can usually be arranged on request. For details please email us at mihisplace.co.nz.

When shipping internationally costs quoted do not account for any import charges, customs duties, sales tax or other fees upon arrival in your destination. Mihi’s Place takes no responsibility for any charges that may apply upon arrival. For further information please contact your local Customs Services.

Dispatch timing
Orders will be processed within standard business hours (Mon – Fri, 9am – 5pm). Any orders received outside of these times will be processed the next business working day. Processing of your order may take up to 48 working hours. Shipping estimates are additional to this processing time.

We will email and or Txt you confirmation or and your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been placed you may not cancel the order as goods are often packaged and shipped the same day. Please select carefully before placing an order.
